Originally from Charlotte, Mary Beth relocated to the Midlands in 2009 and is happy to call Columbia her home. Bringing with her 13 years of expertise in event planning, management, and community engagement, Mary Beth is dedicated to the community and is driven by her passion to contribute to the development of present and future leaders.

In her role as Director of Leadership Development, Mary Beth takes charge of fostering leadership growth and community engagement in the Leadership Columbia Program. She focuses on addressing current and future community challenges to guide participants toward becoming influential leaders.
