The Columbia Chamber’s Gather & Grow (formerly Small Business Breakout) is a consolidated program designed to serve and empower our region’s business community. By bringing together the strengths of the Small Business Council and Area Business Alliances, Gather & Grow provides a unified platform to foster connections, share resources, and support growth for businesses of all sizes.
About the Program

Gather & Grow integrates the work of the Small Business Council and Area Business Alliances into one streamlined, impactful program that strengthens engagement across the region.
Monthly Events:
Gather & Grow takes place monthly in the morning, offering consistent opportunities to network, exchange ideas, and learn from business leaders and subject-matter experts. Events rotate across different areas of the Midlands to ensure broad access and participation.
There are three regions of Gather & Grow events: Downtown, Forest Acres, and Northeast. While event locations vary, all Gather & Grow events are open to all businesses, regardless of where they are located.
