Our Diplomat Link program is a program that provides outreach with our Partner businesses throughout the year. Diplomats are our ambassadors that act as an extension of Chamber staff throughout the community. Our Diplomats are incentivized by gaining points for events they attend and touchpoints they make. This invaluable tool for the Chamber also helps Diplomats grow in their own business by making connections and building relationships.

"Diplomat of the Quarter" is awarded to the Diplomat who has the most accrued points during each quarter throughout the year. The Diplomat of the Quarter for December 2022, January, February 2023 is Emily James.

More About Emily: 
Emily is a Business Development Representative with Find Great People. She began working for FGP in 2018, and serves on their Professional Staffing Team, where she spearheaded FGP's focus in providing excellent service and growing our state government accounts locally, in the Columbia office. Since then, Emily has not only continued to support the government and non-profit sectors, but has expanded into retail accounts as well. She prides herself on creating intentional partnerships with state agencies while aiding them in identifying their greatest asset – great people. Outside of work, Emily enjoys some of Columbia's greatest assets – eating, drinking and shopping locally!
