The Columbia Chamber is proud to name Grow Financial Federal Credit Union as the March Partner of the Month.

Since its founding in 1955 by a group of civilian employees at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Grow has always been more about people than profit. Over 60 years later, Grow continues to be a champion for active and retired military, and their families.

As a Chamber Partner since 2013, Grow Financial has participated in numerous Chamber events and programs. Most recently, they were a booth sponsor at the Chamber's first Palmetto Business Expo in January. In addition to event participation, Grow is active with the Chamber's Diplomat program. Anita Murphy, AVP – Regional Executive, is a fantastic Diplomat who goes above and beyond what is expected. From attending Partner Engagements to the Northeast Connection to Ribbon Cuttings, Anita is a familiar face at these events and always offers to pitch in wherever possible. The Chamber is grateful for all Anita and Grow does to support our mission.

Grow Financial is an active Partner, not only to the Chamber, but to the Midlands community. Grow was supporter of the 2019 Real Estate Prospectus, a building and real estate publication that provides crucial data regarding the Midlands.

Another way Grow supports our community is by working with Richland School District Two to teach students how to manage their money. Through a simulation called Reality of Money, Grow takes students through a month of "real life" to teach them the importance of budgeting and managing their money, as well as credit in the future.
