This initiative encourages our community to shop local, support small businesses, and get rewarded for their purchases. Whether you’re a Chamber Partner eager to boost your holiday sales or a community member who loves exploring local shops, this program has something for everyone!
How the Campaign Works
For Chamber Partners:
Chamber Partners, don’t miss this opportunity to boost your visibility and holiday traffic! By signing up as a participating business, your store will be listed on the passport, encouraging community members to shop with you to complete their $100 spending goal.
Here’s how to get involved:
- Sign up as a participating business by Friday, November 29 at 5:00 PM.
- Welcome customers who present their passports for you to write your business name on the appropriate spending values during checkout.
- Reap the rewards of increased foot traffic and the chance to build lasting relationships with local shoppers.
This program is a win-win: it drives customers to your business and promotes shopping small in our community.
For the Community:
Starting December 2, community members can participate by picking up a Shop Small, Celebrate Big passport from the Chamber office or downloading it from our website. The passport will include different spending values, and your mission is to shop at participating businesses to complete it.
Here’s how:
- Visit any participating Chamber Partner business.
- Shop and have the business write their name on the corresponding spending value.
- Once you’ve filled all the values to reach a total of $100, submit your completed passport online or drop it off at the Columbia Chamber by January 15, 2025.
All completed passports will be entered into a drawing for fantastic prizes, such as gift cards, exclusive experiences, and more!
