The Columbia Chamber is proud to name Karen's Mobile Kitchen & Catering as June's Partner of the Month. Owners, Karen and Idowu Erinfolami, have gone above and beyond with participating in Chamber events and providing excellent service.

Karen's Mobile Kitchen is a catering small business that brings some of the best southern and soul food in Columbia to you. From small meetings to large events, Karen and her team provide delicious, homemade food and service with a smile.

Since joining the Chamber in January, Karen's Mobile Kitchen has provided its services for a handful of Chamber meetings, including sponsoring breakfast for the Chamber's new Northeast Connection. Karen's Mobile Kitchen is a great testament to making connections with other Chamber Partners. LRADAC, a Chamber Partner, learned about Karen's Mobile Kitchen through a Chamber referral. "The first time Karen's Mobile Kitchen catered our staff function, we knew we discovered something unique," said Gayle Aycock, President and CEO. "We use Karen as often as possible and her food, especially the chocolate chip cookies, is a staff favorite," continued Aycock.

Karen's Mobile Kitchen continuously gives back to the Columbia community by helping students with college funding, donating shoes and coats to Richland One School District schools, and collecting monetary donations for the United Way. For the past two Thanksgivings, Karen and her team, served a Thanksgiving feast to first responders and those in need.
