Outstanding customer service and going the extra mile are standard operating procedures for Kyle Beale and his team. Prior to the Chamber's move, Event Rentals was a true Partner with us in making the Palmetto Room at our old office location show better. Event Rentals ensured we had fresh, matching linens for the multiple banquet style tables used in that large room. We were proud to welcome participants to meetings there and have it look as professional as possible.

Event Rentals also understands the value of pivoting during this coronavirus environment. Since most large gatherings have been postponed, understandably Event Rentals has received many cancellations. But the silver lining in all of this is that lots of tents needed to be erected for covid-testing sites! And Event Rentals seized the opportunity to show off their "tent-pro" skills. This speaks to the mission of Event Rentals to provide valuable services and solutions to those who plan, host, and attend events.

Event Rentals believes in supporting local businesses when possible. Recently, they were able to use a local company to provide air conditioners in a testing tent instead of going with a national equipment rental company. This helps the business community here at home grow and prosper. These are the kind of connections that the Columbia Chamber thrives on and applauds.
