The Leadership Columbia Alumni Association (LCAA) prides itself on being a community for Leadership Columbia alumni to foster meaningful and long-lasting relationships with their fellow graduates while also staying connected to what's happening in and around the greater Columbia region. LCAA aims to provide a space for alumni to reunite with fellow classmates, develop new relationships across four decades of Leadership Columbia graduates, and connect with leaders outside their industry to expand their professional network.

A key aspect of Leadership Columbia is strong social and community awareness. LCAA understands the importance of staying involved in with the community and encourages Leadership Columbia graduates to assume more significant leadership roles in the Midlands after graduation by providing opportunities to get actively involved throughout the greater Columbia region. LCAA also strives to further develop skills introduced during the program by providing opportunities for professional and personal development and networking. Programming is designed to keep alumni professionally and personally well-connected by recognizing the value of cultivating strong relationships.

LCAA is open to all Columbia Chamber's Leadership Columbia program graduates. Since its inception in 1972, the Chamber has graduated over 2,000 alumni who are now serving the Midlands and communities all over the United States.
