born and raised in Charleston, completed her undergraduate degree at
Liberty University after three years at the College of Charleston and
went on to the Georgia Institute of Technology through an AT&T, then
BellSouth, funded graduate program.
Over the next four decades, Henri held multiple leadership positions within AT&T, including serving as the Regional Director of Regulatory and External Affairs. In 2012, Henri retired from the company and went on to serve as the Executive Director of the Greater Columbia Community Relations Council, a not for profit organization within the Midlands of South Carolina.
Henri has received several awards and distinctions, including the Columbia College’s Circle of Influence, Girl Scouts’ Women of Distinction, 2010 Women Who Lead and was inducted into the South Carolina Telecommunications Hall of Fame. In addition to her board involvement, Henri is passionate about her work with small entrepreneurial groups in Third World countries, providing leadership training, business and strategic planning, personal coaching and motivational speeches.
In 2017, Henri joined the Columbia Chamber to provide managerial and public policy leadership.
